The "Malkin book" provided concluded that the 2005 beta version of Google News hadn't indexed PowerLine as a news source and was only exposing PowerLine's content through its Web searches. A request was made to Google to consider adding PowerLine as a news provider to the Google News Search and Michelle Malin then reported that Google responded:

Thank you again for your submission. We apologize for our delayed response. We have reviewed www.powerlineblog.com and will be including it in Google News in the near future. You should be able to find your articles in Google News within four to six weeks.

Terrorists are, have been and always will be assholes.

If a people don't rise against gathering forces of oppression they wind up under a Stalinist type jackboot that, as you observe, is difficult to impossible to shake off. America is not so far gone but she's getting there faster and faster. In the matter of massive support of revolution: What is your definition of same, 30%? Our own American revolution was supported by somewhere around 30%. What did Castro have at his back in the fight for Cuba? Probably not more than that 30%.

Here's my deal: If the constitution is disregarded or discarded by it's stewards to a degree I view as untenable (amusing phrase there, huh?)then there's going to be some trouble or I am not a man in my own sight. What am I going to do? Beats me, we're not there yet. What ever it is I am aware I will answer to God for it. Anyone who would place their jackboot on my neck will be required to pay dearly in blood for the privilege. Beyond that even if they have a bazooka and I have a slingshot they WILL have to use that bazooka and they better not miss.
