Nope, Neo-conservatism, as the term is used in common parliance (even by Paulistinians themselves) refers to people who are basically pro-Israel, pro-war in Iraq, and pro-assertive foreign policy, contra the neo-isolationism preferred by RoPaul. That’s the way the term is pretty much always used, or at least has been since 2003.

W/ the exception of our providing foreign aid to them (or any other country, for that matter), I'm VERY pro-Israel but NOT a neoconservative -- I'm a constitutional conservative (a species of conservatism that is becoming extinct, possibly?).

That is not the way it should be used. Use the term properly, or you play into the hands of the left and neo-isolationists.
I also find this amusing since actual neoconservatives are horrified by Lieberman.
