Orly rolls on...as does another Patriotic State Representative:
"7th State representative, a decorated Attorney from the state of Missouri Tim Jones has joined as an additional plaintiff a legal action by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq to seek a Writ of Mandamus to unseal vital records of Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro, to determine his eligibility for presidency.
Consent
I agree to be one of the plaintiffs in a legal action filed by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esquire for a Writ of Mandamus to obtain Original Birth Certificate, immigration records, passports and other vital records for Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama.
Timothy W. Jones
State Representative-89th District
Electronic Signature
Date: February 18, 2009"
Better and better.

Excellent. That puts a little more weight to it doesn't it? Hmmmm, Immigration records, passports, very good!
Oh God, don’t keep me twisting in the wind of uncertainty. Don’t be silent, do something!

If I were a serviceman just asked to be (under)deployed to Afghanistan, at half the level for which the generals were calling, I wouldn’t mind if a family member decided to file suit.
Just sayin’.
My best guess at this point is that he will simply ignore the order as the Federal Courts have no way to ENFORCE their orders against the Executive Branch. And, the dim Congress is not likely to threaten impeachment.
We'll have a situation where we have an interloper in the WH and Congress and the majority of the population don't care.
I know Tim Jones personally, and he is a good man. I will be calling him tomorrow to thank him for his stand.
