An earlier post on Mr. Keyes brought out some bed wetters, which was the gist of my comment here.
OK you won’t have to wait. Keyes HAS been a little nutty in the recent past.
That said... I still like him, and I’m very glad he’s on this like a pit bull. And he still has one of the most excellent intellects in this nation today.

I did not like it that Keyes ran a 3rd Party campaign. I have met the man, several times. I forgive him for his past mistakes. I am happy to have him take shots at Obama.
Keyes is right this time, and he deserves our support.
Well yes except the Constitution of the U.S. places that power in the Legislative Branch. We would need an amendment to the Constitution in order for the Executive Branch to take control of it. Commerce is in the Legislative article.

If you read the questionnaire Jr filled out in 1996 to run for State Senate you will notice he said he was a civil rights lawyer and lectured on civil rights law at UC. Once again he embellished when he said he is a “Constitutional lawyer” so I wonder what words of wisdom his sister uses while teaching her students about the Constitution?
