Since ol Jackson hasn’t made a decent selling record in 20 years, I guess any publicity is good.

My wallet is “runnin on empty” when it comes to Browne’s records.

What poor business judgment these “entertainers” have.

Browne is desperately trying to regain a modicum of relevance. Isn't he the guy who beat up his one-time girlfriend, Daryl Hanna?

Maybe someone can lake a link for this pic: http://www.tvguide.com/images/pgimg/daryl_hannah02.jpg

Jackson Browne. His stuff pretty well stinks, doesn’t it?

It’s time for all Republicans to treat John McCain the way he treats conservatives, by defending the liberal scum that John so desperately wants to defend. So, in that spirit, I must say:

Jackson Brown is a wonderful American. For John to abuse his intellectual property this way is inexcusable. We will simply not be a part of the hate rhetoric that Mr. McCain chooses to display.

Big Deal. It’ll probably get ruled as fair use, lots of precedent, I’s guess this is more about Browne acting like the yappy little dog and showing his lib colors.

He ought to shut up and sing, but I don’t think he’s done anything in the last 30 years that anyone really cares to hear.

The libs can have Jackson Browne. I’ll take Johnny Ramone and Ted Nugent any day.

LOL! Why would he get upset? It probably sold more albums than he's been able to sell in years, otherwise.

SirKit and I went to see him in concert, back in 1974, when he was first getting started in the music world. If I remember correctly, tickets were less than a dollar, and the concert was at the National Guard Armory in Mobile AL.

This is crap, I’m sure the RNC paid the fees, this song is listed in the catalogue, so all they had to do was use it an pay the fees for it. Brown didn’t like it, now trying to cause a stir, but I really doubt the RNC used the song without paying the fees.
