"His presentation is like he’s reading a book to a group of 3rd graders."

Was he prepped by Al Gore?

"I have NO DOUBT AT ALL that the Republicans PURPOSELY threw the election . I just want to know why ."

For the SAME reason Bush I purposely threw the 1992 election against Bubba:

If anyone tries to hold them hostage, the One’s reign may be shorter than he anticipated.

I was VERY disappointed in Jindal. This is a time of serious measures. He was too kind and too soft. Why didnt he mention that we’re giving Gaza 900 million bucks, actually paying our enemies.Things like that insanity should have been brought out. Are we going to revolt folks or sit here and CHAT about it?Lot of people are talking but I don’t see any dates yet or locations. Million Man March against Obama anyone?

He was milquetoast, in both delivery and substance. Palin & Jindal are conservatives best hope?! That is stunning. I see 40 years in the wilderness ahead.

“I thought it was a rebuttal not a kiss obama ass speech. “

That is only a political strategy. It really doesn’t mean much. He was saying, “Cool! We did it. We elected a black guy. Now let’s move on. I’m Indian and my parents came here for the right reasons.”

What he should have done is said, “My mom was 4 1/2 months pregnant with me when she and my Dad came here ...and I have a birth certificate to prove I was born here.” lol...

Rudy is the anti-libertarian.

I supported Rudy and I love Sarah Palin and Bobby Jindal. In fact our Rudy group is supporting Sarah so sorry to burst your bubble. Rudy is not running again and neither should any other person who ran in the primary run again — they all had their faults.

Quit speaking like a knowledge person when you don’t have a clue that a lot of us that supported Rudy were very pro-life and didn’t like the other candidates especially ROMNEY who you love.

How did this thread degenerate into what you just posted is what I would like to know.

All the supporters of candidates in the 2008 primary need to get over their candidate and themselves. They all LOST and need to stay off the national stage period except to help other candidates. Our debates were terrible. I can admit our candidates stunk so why can’t others. None of them from the primaries need to run in 2012.

I didn’t get very much out of the speech, but then again I doubt I was the intended audience. It seems to have been written for mishy-mushy clueless moderates; were they attracted to the optimism? Maybe, I don’t know. Perhaps the whole thing was focus grouped too much; if he had said one thing a little fiery it might have been more memorable - but then what do I know?

And if he had pictures of the Mardi Gras in the background you would have been complaining he wasn’t being serious enough. He did a great job telling what Conservatism is and his Katrina Story was amazing.

This night belonged to obozo as it should have. Look for the Dow to go up tomorrow to reflect his leadership and then down when it realizes where he’s going.

Pray for America

I think by trying to reduce their funding and taking them out
of the WOT before it’s won is a kind of taking them hostage.

I want this term to be OVER! He’s in the process of taking
us all hostage by making us completely dependent on the
feds!

He was talking about Obama’s speech style. And Krauthammer is right. Obama is in a league of his own as was Reagan.

I just don’t get what all the people rave about Obama’s skill in speaking. He grates on my nerves, and seems to be speaking down to the peasants. I see NO reason to equate him with Regan AT ALL......

The thing about Rudy is that adapts. Look, he was mayor of the most liberal city in the country. Of course, he had to make compromises to even get the job in the first place. But he has stayed loyal to the GOP all through it. As POTUS, he wouldn’t have to play to the liberals like he had to in NYC.

And even though Rudy is pro-choice, I doubt he would have lifted the ban on government funds to international organizations that fund abortions, like Obama did.

And he would have not backed down against the media, I just think he would be the most effective President, even though I don’t necessarily agree with him on everything.

That is the first thing I thought of when I found out he was spending a lot of time in CA.

San Diego? That is where his buddy’s corrupt campaign aides came from when Istook got beat 2-1 in the 2006 Governor’s race here in OK. One of them was the Foley aide BTW that made TV during the Fall of the election. One of their Father’s is one of the most corrupt consultants out of LA and the same one who tried to rig a Student President election at University of Michigan. They had no clue about Middle America and it showed.

UGGGH. Don’t get me going about the Huckster.

Do you notice he never has a real conservative come on his program - someone to his right? That wouldn’t be hard to do.

I’d like to see him debate a REAL conservative about the Global Warming fraud (he believes it), or amnesty for illegals. No, he brings on people like Ellis Hennican and TONY DANZA and lets them walk all over him.

They need to give Ann Coulter or Mark Levin a show on Fox. Now THAT would be worth watching!

Hank
