WASHINGTON (AP) The Democratic-controlled House pushed through a $410 billion measure Wednesday that boosted domestic programs, bristled with earmarks and chipped away at policies left behind by the Bush administration. The vote was 245-178, largely along party lines.
Among the earmarks was one sponsored by Rep. Howard Berman, D-Calif., who secured $200,000 for a "tattoo removal violence outreach program" in Los Angeles.

democrats and media like to pretend they have nothing to do with causing the economic problems
Remember Obama was in the Senate 2006. He can’t run away from what he voted on during Bush’s term

Atually, it's in the public interest that the gang punks be left with their tattoos intact ~ just so we know who they are.
So why is this schmuck Berman that he wants to cover it up by removing the tattoos?
Does he run with these guys when he goes back to his district or what?

I’m guessing it’s part of some anti-gang initiative. Ex-gang bangers getting their signature “tat” removed so they can look like a normal human being again - something like that.

There's a serious lack of connectivity between whatever Obama's planning and what's really happening.
The fact the Democrats are going along with him pretty much proves that they are all mentally unstable ~ it's not just Joe Biden who has a few screws loose.
I see a purpose in the future for Gitmo!

$200,000 for a "tattoo removal violence outreach program" in Los Angeles is about 0.00005% of the total progam.
Sort of explains why our budgets are the way they are.
