It is Rats who weakened the economy. Not President Bush. As a matter of fact, the economy was thriving when the Republicans had the majority in Congress. But not long after the took over in January 2007, the economy started to fall. Now the Unemployment was almost non existent and now it is almost at 8%. Soon it will be in the double digits
