How many times do I have to say it.
Send the Army into Mexico and annex it as a territory.
We did that to New Mexico and California in the 19th century.
Why not just complete the job? We will continue to have Mexico as a problem until we seize it and make it part of the USA. As an American territory we would be free to clean up the riff-raff and wipe out the drug lords. God knows we can’t depend upon the Mex government to do this. Besides it needs doing.
