It seems everyone is in agreement BHO is going to make things worse in USA. But let's see who can make the most accurate prediction.
What is everyone's prediction for the USA 6 months into Obama's presidency and after 1 year?
Dow Jones? Unemployment rate?
Any other predictions. It'd be cool if we could pool money together a give the most accurate prediction to the winner, but I hopefully be noted as being the most accurate will have some small reward. Predict away!
Unemployment at 12%, DJIA 6000, higher inflation.
Societal breakdown — riots, crime.

depression confirmed
illegal aliens amnesty
open Muslim prayers in the white house
hate crime bills against defaming Islam
Americans ORDERED to shoot at Israeli tanks or planes to defend Gaza . . and they refuse causing HUGE incident
I may be the only one, but I think that things will be better with those specific items you’ve stated (unemployment, market), NOT because of anything Bambi does but in spite of it. I think the public isn’t going to sit around and wait for someone to fix something, I think you will see an economic shift from areas where the government is involved (financial sector for example) to areas of the economy that operate freer. You may even see the ‘trade’ economy pick up, people bartering for goods and services instead of payment.
With all that said, Bambi will take credit for it.
At least this will be how the press will report things, even if things are the complete opposite

-Military deployments to Zimb or another African Country
In six months: Dow at 300.
In one year: Dow at 50 trillion.
In one year: Every American citizen has health insurance, no American except the House, Senate, President, and cabinet members has health care.
In one year: Government is issuing rations of protein to Democrats. Republicans and others are obtaining protein through the Black Market.
I predict that we will look back at the Dow at 7000 as the good old days.

I agree with you completely. I would add, long term interest rates (30 Yr. Treasury) @ 5.25% and Gold at about 1,100/oz.
