.... likely to engender significant opposition from Republicans and business lobbies. Why would business lobbies reject it when they won't have to pay health care for their workers any longer? I think that's a bunch of bull hockey. Americans don't want nationalized health care. Plain and simple, but who ever listens to us any longer?

Exactly. That being said, our "health care system" (there's an oxymoron if there ever was one) is so completely screwed. The only problem is, the government will screw it up even more - just like they manage to mangle anything else they touch.

Business already knows it will pay for the socialist agenda. The only question now is how much.
Obama and his class war mantra will have problem telling business they have to pay this and pay that, etc. in order for socialized medicine to take root toward a single payer program.
He will appear before his brownshirt prepped audiences and the media will praise the hijacking of another major piece of the economy.
