It has nothing to do with his mother's birth date. If Barry was born in Kenya, he would actually be an illegal alien as there is no proof of his Naturalization. He would NOT have received U.S. citizenship based, only, on his mother's citizenship status. Per U.S. law at the time of his birth (December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986). Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock: "For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child."

Obama's mother didn't give birth to him at 19 (14 + 5). Therefore, Obama could not obtain U.S. citizenship based only by virtue his mother's citizenship.

Arguable since I've seen other versions of the law in place at the time that indicates he would be a citizen if born overseas. But regardless, if he was in fact born in Hawaii then it's case closed, he's eligible, and we can all go home. Since he's not cooperating then it's up to you to show he wasn't born in the U.S. How's that going?

Who vetted? How did they vet? Barry couldn't even use that (fake) short form as proof he was native Hawaiian if he wanted to buy land in Hawaii.

His mother was born in November 1942. In August 1961 she would have been 18, almost 19. She would have been considered an adult.

But under INA 1952, she could not have conferred citizenship on Obama if he were born outside the US.

But then, if he were born outside the US, the only citizenship he could have had conferred on him would have been through naturalization anyway, which would disqualify him as the corollary of "natural born citizen" is "not a naturalized citizen."

It has an embossed state seal. You just can't see it on the resized, low resolution version on the Fight the Smears website. You can however see it on the high resolution versions that were posted on Daily Kos and FactCheck.

And of course it's clearly visible in the photographs of the paper document.

In every state in the union, an attorney can face disciplinary action up to an including disbarment for knowingly making or representing a false material fact or statement. It's usually called "Candor toward a tribunal".

You've been shown the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, which was the statute on the books at the time of his birth. And it clearly states that if Obama were born outside the US, his mother was not old enough to have conferred US citizenship on him.

Why didn't he post that same version on his campaign web site? Here's why, the version that was posted on the Barry friendly web sites doesn't have an official state seal either.
