He should file a lawsuit in Federal court saying that MA violated his civil rights (AKA the Second Amendment) and the right of transit in the Commerce Clause.

I noticed on FreeRepublic there’s always a lot of criticism by the goa towards the NRA. But when it comes time for someone to get serious help, Freepers always turn towards the NRA.

The NRA has a legal defense fund for members who have their Rights violated. I hope this guy is a member so the NRA can remind the prosecutors of the 1986 Firearms Protection Act. This Act allows anyone traveling from two points which permit firearms to safely travel through restricted areas without legal complications.

By the way, if you’re asking for the NRA’s support, are you a member of the NRA?

And no, Bushmaster should not help him.

So the poor kid was just heading to Maine? He’s protected by FOPA ‘86.
