Since over half the population has a credit score under 620, how is a sub-prme loan "exotic" in any way, shape or form?

for you Michigan caller ...
I work in engineering, and things aren’t great, but they are hardly dire, yet.

I go in for my drug screen on Wednesday for a kick-ass sales job that I should be able to turn into a 6 figure position within 2 to 4 years. Meanwhile, I have turned down two other job offers, one in call center management and the other in spreadsheet development. I quit my last job at the beginning of February and I can honestly say I haven’t had a moment of anxiety since. So there are definitely jobs out there.
