American Thinker ^ | 3/10/09 | Adam Hasner

Barely a month into the presidency of Barack Obama, a profound realization is spreading among the pro-Israel community: we do not have an ally in the White House. The growing threat that Israel and the Jewish People now face demands an immediate acceptance of the "facts on the ground" regarding President Obama's perspective and agenda, and decisive action to prevent the frightening reality that he may play a leading role in creating.

There’s a lot of idiot Jews (not all Jews are idiots — just the 60% of them) if they thought obama would be pro-Israel.

Unbelievable!

Wasn’t Sarah Silverman cute with her “Great Schlep”? I don’t feel any sympathy for people who will vote against Republicans no matter what.

As a Jew, I must tell you that so many of my friends and family were pro-Obama and told me he would be good to Israel. I would write them a big "I TOLD YOU SO" note, but I don't wish to talk to any of them anymore. I'm being serious.

The good news is that there are more and more sane Jews coming around now. They were in the closet, but they're coming out.

Funny, next time around the Democrat Presidential Candidate will still get 70% of Jews to vote for him or her.

American Jews are no friends of Israel.

Otherwise, they’d be more afraid of a crypto-Muslim like Obama than Sarah Palin and other conservative Christian.

The posted article is accurate as far as it goes in its analysis of the sad history and current status of Obama vis-a-vis Israel and the American Jewish community.

But the author, a prominent Jewish Republican, is too timid in denouncing the Jewish politicians supporting Obama. He doesn't even use the word Democrats in describing this group and is reluctant to mention any of those 'Rats by name.

Why is Adam Hasner pulling punches?

It’s a tad late. In the next 4 years Israelis had better hunker down. I hope and pray Bibi can keep them safe.

Gosh, it's almost as if Obama is a Moslem. But we've been *assured* by everyone *except* Obama that it's a myth.

Hildy,

That would be good news. I’ve always had great respect for the Jewish people but they really let me down when they supported Obama.

Probably because support for Israel is a bi-partisan, he may not want to jeoparize that. Political attacks are the RNC and RJC’s business
