The news here is sad, that SECNAV Winter has changed Speicher’s status.
In fact, the one top aide to Saddam who would know — al-Douri — has not yet been captured and questioned.
Iranians held Iraqi polits for 18 years.
It’s not impossible that he’s being stashed somewhere.
I think that red-haired iraqi bastard is holding him and would trade him as collateral if need.
