AP: President Barack Obama signed the bill in private, unlike a number of recent signings that took place with fanfare, but he raised the issue of earmarks in public remarks playing down their scope and possible harm in the measure. They comprise about 1 percent of the spending package, which will keep the government running through September, he told reporters.

The more I see of this guy the more convinced I am that we are dealing with a person who is seriously mentally ill. Too bad so many voters couldn’t see this before bestowing on him the honor of the office he has now.
Anyone this intent on control has problems and will turn out to be a major problem for those who must deal with him.

The truth is Obama is great at telling people what they want to hear but you can only be on all sides of an issue until stuff starts falling apart then you have to take a stand.
