The U.S. Department of Justice is investigating the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department over allegations of discriminatory practices and unconstitutional searches and seizures....
In February, four Democratic members of the House Judiciary Committee asked Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Attorney General Eric Holder to investigate possible civil rights violations based on complaints that Arpaio's deputies are targeting people based on their skin color during neighborhood crime sweeps and raids at work sites....

Arpaio was interviewed on Fox yesterday. He mentioned that some Congress critters, all of them democrats, are down there starting this.
He personally says the Obama admin is behind it all. He says he will continue to do what he does and they can get s-——.

Finding out that Mary Rose Wilcox is involved is no surprise. She’s been after Joe for YEARS, and now she has similar-minded people in power. Joe has a very good track record against lawsuits filed against him. Our county attorney says he’s “looking forward” to working with the Justice Department about this. He and Sheriff Joe work in tandem to hold back the insanity around here.
Holder, Hussein, and their Fascist, left-wing ilk want to use Gestapo tactics against any and all they disagree with. They will likely use all agnecies/departments to quash all opposition.
If the “justice” dept wants him, they will get him. If a policeman falls in behind you on the street and follows for a while, you will do something to allow him to pull you over.
The “justice” dept has unlimited funds, infinite patience, and evil at the helm.
