Charleston - The Citadel is celebrating a great milestone. It's the 166the anniversary of the military school's founding, and it's being marked by four days of concerts, parades, speeches, and athletic events. Corps Day, as it is called, begins on Thursday. On Friday Senator Lindsey Graham is expected to deliver the keynote address at a symposium on principled leadership."
