If this were even remotely true, it should read like this:
Federal officials say about 90 percent of guns seized in Mexican organized crimes came from the U.S. illegal aliens who cross into America with impunity, set up criminal organizations, with impunity of course, criss-cross our 'sovereign borders' (trying not to laugh), with impunity of course, conducting business with impunity. (Of Course)
