Since President Obamas inauguration, Americans have been subjected to an unprecedented display of political arrogance. The monetary actions of the president and Democrats in both houses are completely untethered from the serious spending concerns of voters of all stripes. Some actions exhibit such a level of self-interest that they are in blatant disregard of the fact that such accountability even exists at all. To believe otherwise is to accept that the majority of Americans would opt, of their own free choice, to take millions from their precious and dwindling resources and spend it on Nancy Pelosis little mice. Not likely. We have been shown, in no uncertain terms, that the votes cast last November dont matter today because we won. Unfortunately, the we isnt the voter; it is the politically arrogant officeholders setting the agenda as they see fit.

in california, no.
>they are in blatant disregard of the fact that such accountability even exists at all
And they may be right.
America and it’s educational system (sic) are dumber than a box of rocks.
Votes do matter. It was the voters who put the arrogant “we won” people in office in the first place. Elections have consequences. We are living them...
And no, votes don’t matter. According to the choices made, only the money of the politicians’ favorite constituents matters.
So get self-sufficient, and stop spending money. That will count. Before long, we’ll be the leaders.
Well, voting won’t matter if we don’t get a few more conservatives to add to our numbers. The last election showed a plurality of almost 10 million more for Obama than the Republican ticket. That’s not too good. I hope we can change that one around....
I think one that that will help in the next election will be —
“Are you better off than you were four years ago?!”
— or —
“It’s the economy, stupid!” (you can use that one right now... LOL...)
America and its educational system (sic) are dumber than a box of rocks.
***How true. I heard a 17 year old on Hannity’s radio show say how he would support socialism after Hannity explained it to him. I’m sure there are alot more like him.
Not if we stay home to teach (villain-of-choice) a “lesson”.
Voting is great. Although typically 50 percent will not be happy with the results.
And they don’t even actually vote, they just inject the less popular stuff during “conference.” This is definitely the KleptoKongress.
Answer: ACORN.
Some of us don't have to go through the agonizingly-slow and error-prone process of winnowing the chaff by electing one at random to find out if he is the right one.
I'm not sure of your meaning. Pls expln.
Increasingly, our votes don't matter.
We are essentially just going through the motions.
It does, however, lend credence to the selection process by appearing to include us.
