(1) At the time of the November 4 election, Obama’ eligibility was unknown to the majority of the American electorate. That is, the vast majority of the American electorate did not know whether Obama was eligible to become the President of the United States (POTUS).
Furthermore Obama’s eligibility remains unknown, even to Americans who are very interested in this question, and have inquired deeply into it. When asked in court to produce evidence of his eligibility, Obama has declined to do so, even in the face of the considerable time, expense and trouble that is needed to avoid providing this evidence. Thus, the US citizenry did not know on November 4 if Obama was eligible, and they still do not know.
(2) Among the US citizenry are the following: The current POTUS The current VPOTUS & President of the Senate The US Supreme Court The US Congress The Senior Staff of the Pentagon The Senior Staff of the Federal Elections Commission The Members of the Electoral College
To best of my knowledge, none of these individuals have officially and publicly declared Obama to be eligible to be POTUS. They have not produced or provided sufficient evidence to prove this eligibility.
(3) The news media, television, radio, and the Internet transmit huge amounts of information each day. However, to the best of my knowledge the eligibility of Obama to be POTUS is not known by the general public (See Note 1).

It is called the Categorical Syllogism, and was described by Aristotle (Prior Analytics, 24b18-20). Ordinarily, a categorical syllogism is simply called a syllogism, as I shall do here.

It was strange how McCain ended up as the Repubnik candidate. A decent conservative would have wipped the floor with the telepromptinator. But I still wonder how we ended up with McCain, the so called maverick. He is only a maverick to conservatism. I say kick these RINO’s the hell out of our movement. I feel your pissedoffedness. I’m just asking for verification that Obama said revealing the BC would embarrass him. I’ve never heard that he said such a thing, that’s all.
Thank you for the context. Obama never said it. Some lawyer did as part of a legal argument while representing Obama. That’s very different from Obama saying it. If facts aren’t kept straight this thing is going nowhere.
I’m not defending Obama. If he is not a Natural Born Citizen I want his butt out of office. I have seen no evidence that he is not, THAT’S the problem we all have.

An interesting idea: a foreign government, or foreign citizens, suing for the Birth Certificate, on the grounds that they have the right to know whether agreements they might enter into with the U.S. might be invalid.

The MSM pushed McCain from day one. Without that help, with a different Republican, Fauxbama would be history. Probably.
What amazes me as that there are folks here who rightfully have a respected opinion arouns here telling someone else to grow up and accept the elections without questioning such a basic and acceptable request of a candidate for this office...
We all know very well what the requirements are, and regardless, a virtuous person would produce the certified documents for verification in this case...
Everyone of us during parts of our lives are asked to prove who we are, and most of the time it is not because the Gestapo asked us to do so...So don’t go there with me...
But yes, he is President, and this is an issue that needs resolution, and the upmost scrutiny to whatever is done about it...If it had been resolved early on we would not have these types of discussion threads on this website today...
So I challenge those who want to tell others here to “grow up” and “he’s the President, live with it” to respectfully practice what you preach...

Which will be scrutinized by “people” to verify and rule on the issue...
At which time we (the American intellectually challenged)will be O.J. Simpson’d into believing that it is legitimate and that anyone who continues to press the issue is a kook and needs to grow up and that he IS the President of the United States and that those people need to just shut up and live with it...
To which I say to the folks here that are already telling us to do that very thing:
