Probably the contrary ST. Do you know any guys that would look forward to attending a ballet unless they first shotgunned down a 12 pack of beer *lol*? It would probably make a funny Bud commercial with the happy drunk husband at the ballet, with a "trucker's friend" strapped to his leg - under his pants - , agreeable to everything his wife says and does. *Commercial close* "In these hard economic times drink Bud. It's cheaper than a divorce"
Very good point! Reminds me of a fund raising concert the Corpus Christi Symphony had a couple of years ago that had a “guest” orchestra. As a friend, who is also a symphony patron said, I don’t think they really knew who ELO was.
Both of us enjoyed it immensely. :)
