His people never experienced slavery (they were probably slavers).
So, what does he care about visiting slavery on the Nation?
His wife will probably hold the whip.
I feel like I am living in 1933.
I preemptively refuse.
I feel like I’ve fallen through the looking glass. What in the H-E-Double-Toothpicks has happened to my country?
In the US it takes a Black man to bring back slavery.
Herr Obama, I offer you the Tampa Bay Turn Signal....also known as the Single Finger Salute.
I would never serve this cabal of leftists.
What’s disgusting is that FR is the only place I’m hearing any details about this.
Thanks for the update.
So what part of the Constitution does this violate?
16th Amendment, and certainly the letter and spirit of the Preamble.
Thanks for doing this.
He can go to the Devil!
We had better start calling our Congress critters tomorrow, and keep calling, and letting them know that this continued assault on the Constitution will not be tolerated.
He DUMMIES, You can't legislate or mandate charity, or volunteerism. It becomes no longer either, and is against the law.
Amendment XIII (13th)
Section 1 Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude,
except as a punishment for crime whereof the party
shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within
the United States, or any place subject to their
“What gives the Government the right to require individuals to give 3 years service under the guise of volunteer service? It is not explicit exactly who is required but I think they get the Bill passed and then iron out the details.
It talks about uniforms and camps. They revise the word camps and call it campus. There is language about Seniors and Community organizations.”
This is just another vehicle for funnelling money to ACORN.
It would be easier to say what it didn’t violate.
I would happily serve in a group dedicated to tarring and feathering Democrats.
The Title of the thread is screwed up. Do you know how I can fix it?
I don’t know how to contact the Administrator. Thanks for your help.
You mean “back to the Devil”, I assume?....:)
No, not what part of the Constitution does it VIOLATE.
More accurately, what part of the Constitution ALLOWS it?
Remember the Tenth Amendment: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
If the Constitution doesn’t SPECIFICALLY give the feds the power, then they don’t have the power.
Indoctrinate the thugs on the taxpayer dime.
I just sent you mail for your technical help if you can. Thank you.
FreepMail on its way with help (I hope) :)
>>Amendment XIII (13th)<<
Yeah, like a silly piece of paper like the USC has any bearing on the new fuhrer’s handlers’ decisions.
I mean, if they are going to once and for all dispatch the the 1st and 2nd to the same dust bin of history as the 9th and 10th, what make you think the 13th has any meaning?
You are my hero!!
Thank you. It really bugged me:)
You AM’s rock :)
Thank you for the handy link.
‘tweren’t me :)
Good subject and something we all need to be very concerned about.
Thank you Admin Moderator for fixing the title of the thread. Apreciate it.
You are my hero too!!
Second try is the charm. Thank you for fixing the title of the Thread.
My husband said he heard Mark Levine talking about it on his show today. He only heard the last few minutes so didn’t know what all was being said. Hopefully other talk radio shows will pick up on it and get it publicized before they are able to sneak this one through a vote in the House.
Glad to hear Levine was talking about it.
I wonder if it’ll be front page news tomorrow?
Cost is irrelevant. The Give Act is to enshrine creation of President Obortion’s “Gestapo and SS Corps” - a nationalist communist league of goons to remove liberties and conservative advocates from the nation... it is anti Liberty and anti Freedom. This Corps will be on the other side of the front line when the counter coup begins.

Is there a place where we can get the specific parts that are the most offensive/ unconstitutional, etc. I want to call my congressman tomorrow and would like to steer them by paragraph numbers to the worst parts (the “mandatory volunteerism” part, forcing children & elderly to work, etc.) I just don’t have time to read through the entire thing again, although I’ve skimmed parts of it. Thanks for any help.
