If you want more of something, subsidize it — that includes illegal alien criminals.
Not certain, but I seem to recall something whereby our federal government bills the government of the country of origin of the illegal alien to recoup costs. I could well be wrong on this count. If not wrong, would enjoy having this article transmitted beyond our borders to discourage others from coming to the USA illegally.
