It occurs to me that at some point a rather substantial number of these bureaucrats are going to be dragged out into the streets and beaten to within an inch of their useless lives over crap like this.
And while ordinarily I abhor the initiation of violence in these cases I'm going to really, really enjoy watching it.

In a very real sense, the force has already BEEN initiated... by CARB, in many areas. Stringing the members of CARB from the nearest lamppost could not possibly be an INITIATION, but purely self defense.
