Is drug use in the US on the rise, flat or declining?
Unless there has been a dramatic increase in illicit drug consumption in the US, Ms Clinton is full of sh*t as is usual.
Of course, it is possible drug use has climbed correspondent with the high levels of immigration from south of the border. Who's to blame then?

According to her there are no addicts south of the Rio Grande, and all illegal weapons come from America.

"Is drug use in the US on the rise, flat or declining?"I don't know if it is or not, but one thing I do know is that if we would end our senseless prohibition on our side of the border, it would pull the rug out from under the drug cartels in Mexico that supply our illicit drug users. Their profits from drugs would vanish almost overnight. Much of the gang violence in our inner cities would also be reduced, because much of that violence is because of drugs being in a black market. Also, ending prohibition would do FAR more to reduce crimes committed with firearms MUCH more than any stupid gun control law ever could.

We’re to blame for electing these clowns. Unfortunately these idiots are hell bent on committing societal suicide and taking us along for the ride. They think that government in their hands is a suicide pact.

Yep Hillery. You would drive anyone to drugs. Or drink Please remember that if you drink, you ARE using drugs. Alcohol is a drug, & it's an addictive & violence-inducing drug -- we must never forget that.
IMO, separating alcohol from drugs is similar to separating "Arkansan" (in my case anyway, so you can add your state here) from "American".

See here! If the law abiding citizens of Mexico were allowed to keep and bear arms, they would deal with the criminals. If the violence spills across the border, the violence would be well advised to do so someplace besides Texas.

They'd do anything to maintain their cash flow, including go to war against the suburbs. You have no idea how these thugs think.

The war won’t last long if there isn’t any money to be made. No drugs -> No money -> No war.
