the clinic teaches veterans with disabilities in adaptive alpine and Nordic skiing, and introduces them to a number of other adaptive recreational activities and sports. It's open to U.S. military veterans with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic amputations, visual impairments, certain neurological problems and other disabilities who receive care at a VA medical facility or military treatment center.
Wow, thanks geo.

A great program indeed. I can the face of a vet who has just made it down a trail and looks up and sees he still has what it takes. A vet who learns what fly may be emerging on a trout stream and feels the hit and sees a beautiful trout surface as he gently brings it to his side and most likely releases it.
These guys deserve every minute of pleasure they will experience in these high places.
