Unemployment in Michigan is now officially 12%...unofficially probably between 15% and 20%.
It ain’t good.
Large GM trim factory will close in Grand Rapids next year...about 1,500 jobs gone. The residential neighborhood surrounding the plant will be devastated.
Drive down main commercial streets...every fifth business has gone under...and this is just starting.
Lots of people around here voted for Obama...(not I), many felt they had no choice. Hope they like what they got.

I have a right to be angry and take it out on, well, someone else who is losing his job too and is older and smaller than me. It makes sense, right? Say you have a boss who is a total creep. The owner of the company announces that he’s closing down, and everybody has to go. Is there any reason not to beat the crap out of your (former) boss at that point?
