Representatives Henry Waxman (D-California) and Edward Markey (D-Massachusetts) today unveiled the Clean Energy and Security Act, a massive bill that incorporates virtually every lame-brained global warming policy ever considered by Congress (and then some).

Well if they used up to date observed date, Gorebal warming ended 7 years ago. There is no “hot spot”. World oceans have cooled. The water vapor in atmosphere has not increased. There has been no increase in “heat trapping” clouds. There is no “heat in the pipe line”.
The short of it, CO2 does not drive the climate.
But, CO2 Cap and Trade will kills.

1. Climate change is, in truth, a constant, as it always has been.
2. The descriptive antecedent for what is now termed "climate change", so called "Global Warming" is a scientific fraud, attested to by thousands of climatologists, yet still promoted for the purpose of income and resource redistribution under international authority.
3. The United States Congress has herein acted to avail itself of a political opportunity by which it might expand its reach and authority under color of both US and international law, the former of which is merely gratuitous and factually unsupportable, and the latter, unconstitutional and in violation of existing treaties.
4. I am a citizen of the United States who refuses to comply with laws drafted in this manner and for these purposes. If any "government" that purports to act in my name wishes to appropriate my income for such purposes, it will need to take it by force.

OUr government is going to do whatever it wants. It doesn't matter if it needs to be done. It doesn't matter if the people don't want it. It doesn't matter if it is economically unfeasible.
We have fought against the myth of AGW. Dissenting voices are starting to be heard. More people are onto this scheme. But for what purpose? Does it matter at all?
