Indeed.

A lot of entertainment stars are no longer keeping homes on both coasts, instead keeping one house and staying at a higher-end hotel or renting an apartment on longer stays on the other coast. For example, Jack Nicholson still lives in those two attached houses in the Bel Air development he bought way back in the 1970’s!

Jack Nicholson is smart. A lot of the old itme actors are people with brains and understand the concept of keeping it in the bank and budgeting wisely.

I’ve always noticed it’s the A-listers that manage their money wisely. I always wondered why.

It’s seems like Brad Pitt and Morticia are the only ones throwing money down the tubes.

Or better yet, make the money by earning a percentage of the gross revenues of the film. Jack Nicholson made something like US$60 million this way from Batman (1989) playing the Joker.
