FBI InfraGard warns of a crescendo of public concern about Obama's eligibility

April 05, 2009 11:14

Tasked by the FBI to provide "informational analysis" on conditions which could be construed as potentially harmful to civil order and national security, InfraGard, of the FBI's National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), issued an unclassified Protective Intelligence Communication report in March 2009 regarding the "crescendo" of public concern about Obama's presidential eligibility.

Authored by Dr. Lyle J. Rapacki, Protective Intelligence Specialist and Agent, the report summarizes the substance of legal challenges to Obama on the question of his constitutional eligibility and concludes that if it "should be discovered Mr. Obama is ineligible, a constitutional crisis would ensue attempting to determine which of his executive branch orders should be valid."

It goes on to warn that "if...Mr. Obama fights revealing his documentation, there is growing concern of civil unrest, or worse, being unleashed in the streets of our nation. The economic crisis coupled with this type of a constitutional crisis could prove to be a flashpoint that would test conventional law enforcement and elements of homeland security."

The stream of law suits, the most recent of which have been tendered by high ranking military officers and state legislators, to compel Obama to prove his eligibility have been unremitting and increasingly vocal.

Upon the recommendation of the Army's Strategic Studies Institute, The Army Times reported that a somewhat euphemistically dubbed "Consequence Management Response Force (CCMRF)," currently the role of the 3rd Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat Team, but which, reportedly, might eventually comprise upwards of 80,000 troops, is being trained and readied to deal with what could be widespread civil disorder resulting from an "unforeseen economic collapse" or "loss of a functional political and legal order."

If Obama is not eligible to hold the office of the President and there has been a deliberate conspiratorial cover-up to place a usurper in the White House, then we do have a problem on our hands. I think this white paper is a good thing that lays it all out in a way that I hope gets some attention.

‘Loyal opposition’ is a term applied to opposing a government without being opposed to the country’s constitution or laws!! I would say that those(like Dr. Orley), who are bringing these lawsuits, are the very definition of ‘loyal opposition’. They are standing up for our country’s laws and constitution! No one is promoting violence and in fact, I suspect that any violence that results from this whole thing, will be started by Obama’s minions.

Actually, the 9/11 Commission Reports shows the FBI has been aware of the Chicago mafia, including Obama for years. Yet, they haven’t acted. Citizens should be vocal and insistant. We pay an organization that could have stopped this mafia infiltration years ago.

There has to be a few patriots working there. How about a big blow of the whistle.

He is NOT a Socialist. It gives he and his partners in crime great comfort when you call him that because it means you are failing to recognize what he really is..... a full fledged COMMUNIST.

Amen. Actually though, I believe Obama is a wierd hybrid. He's somewhere in between a classic fascist and a full fledged communist. That makes him even more dangerous than Hitler or Stalin.

"Um, was O ba ma in the U.S. Senate before running for the presidency? Was he ever given a background check for sensitive material on Senate committees?" No, he wasn't. It isn't required for Senators.

And yes, some process needs to be put in place. But be careful what you wish for because DumbO would use that system to shoot down any future conservative candidate.

That would be minor damage compared to releasing the names and addresses of all our intel sources world wide.

Not so sure. Phillip Agee did a pretty good job of that and we’re still here.

The problem is that the granting of a security clearance is an extremely subjective process. To give the power to a President or Congress to deny a security clearance to any candidate for national office would be to effectively ensure that the party in power would remain in power forever.

Don’t put much credence into this so-called report. Start googling the author and see what you find.

bears repeating.

We can consider this the Curse of Barackula. It’s been a horror show since he’s been in the WH.

That's what I was thinking; locking down Chicago for example, and other places with high Obama supporter neighborhoods.

I'm old enough to remember the riots following Martin Luther King Jr's death. That assassination was a heinous act by a deranged individual; however, it unleashed terrible destruction in at least 60 cities, especially DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Chicago. I remember the burned-out shell of what used to be 14th Street in DC, and how very long it took to rebuild this major traffic artery in the Nation's Capital.

I had written some other paragraphs here projecting what would happen this time, but I have erased them. God, help us.

If Obama IS eligible to hold the office...and there has been a deliberate conspiratorial attempt to encourage mutiny in the armed forces, and create widespread dissent, leading to civil war -all with the idea of crippling the US without firing a shot - we have quite another problem on our hands, don’t we ?

Measure twice: cut once.

Nothing in there that requires a security clearance. In fact, according to this article, NO congress critters require a security clearance:
