ALEXANDRIA, Egypt, April 5 (Reuters) - Hundreds of Muslims pelted Christian-owned shops and a police station with stones in the Mediterranean port city of Alexandria on Sunday after a Muslim man was killed, an eyewitness said.
A security source said the violence started after word of mouth reports a Muslim man, identified as Ahmed Abdel Razeq Gomaa, had been stabbed to death in the street by his Christian landlords.
Crowds of Muslims assembled near a mosque for funeral prayers for Gomaa chanting "They'll die, they'll die," in reference to the three Christian landlords, brothers Ayman, Atef and Farag Tagy, the witness said.

I have been repeatedly reassure that like pit bulls, the vast majority of Muslims are peaceful and loving people who want to live in peace and harmony with all mankind.
Christians do not have it easy in Egypt.
I just hope its not coming our way, to our shores.
This is an example of how civilization falls. Barbarity of man is shown. A rumor and the mobs enact mob justice.
My old man (about as white a guy as they come) used to tell the story of visiting Cairo 25 years ago and they came across a wedding ceremony parading down the streets. He and Mom followed them to some building. Dad could hear the music, etc. and couldn’t resist and opened the door a crack to watch.
Soon a couple of big burly guys came to the door to ask what he was doing. (Oh oh Dad thought!) He explained, and they invited them in! Photos of mom and dad doing a line dance with the bride and groom and all!
Times have changed. (Although need to ask Mom if the wedding might have been Christian! Hmmm - never thought of that).
it would only seem right that they would do this during Holy week!

The reporter is just drumming up headlines. He purposely left off the Egypt part and hoped everyone would think Alexandria, Virginia. Shameless.
Crowd of hundreds of angry Muslims... In a country of tens of millions. Blaming all Egypt for this one group is like blaming America for Code Pink.
Huh? Alexandria VA is a small suburb of DC. Alexandria, Egypt is a major port city of 4 million founded 2300 years ago by Alexander the Great. Do you get upset when reporters fail to clarify that they’re referring to Paris France not Paris Texas?

Me too...Ironic though as it might happen.And to think that way means we are already not sooo surprised.
This is why civilized countries should start the mass deportations now.
Spoke with an Egyptian born MD recently and she said she and her family had to leave because they were Coptic Christians. There were threats on her family and her uncle was killed for no reason.
Now she is here and her two sons are in medical school. That represents a big brain-drain for Egypt. Islam is to be feared and avoided at all costs for a civilized society.
