"We have to find some level of compromise," Pelosi said, citing 53 victims of gun violence nationwide in less than a month.

What about the 1800 victims of motor vehicle violence during that same time period? Seems to me that if Congress is truly concerned about the health and safety of the American people, then it should ban assault vehicles, rather than assault weapons, particularly since motor vehicles do not enjoy any special privilege under the Constitution.

They’ll get around to banning private vehicles for the masses, what’s your hurry?

They have to get rid of the means to resist this first.

“Never Forget, even for an instant, that the one and only reason anybody has for taking your gun away is to make you weaker than he is, so he can do something to you that you wouldn’t allow him to do if you were equipped to prevent it. This goes for burglars, muggers, and rapists, and even more so for policemen, bureaucrats, and politicians.”

Could it be that the Statist Propaganda Media has all but encouraging these shootings?

Years ago the media stopped giving camera time to people who ran onto to the field of play during sporting events to discourage others from doing the same.

Why shouldn't the same logic follow in these mass shootings?

Could it be that the Statist Propaganda Media's agenda be more important than the innocent victims of these incidents?

Why can't the families of these victims take legal action against the media for encouraging these deaths?

Couldn't the same action be also taken against those that set up the “Gun-Free” victim disarmament zones?

No form of transportation has any privilege under the Constitution.
