These people need to be stopped. They are bonafide lunatics.

I think this is part of the whole scheme.
They are tring to portray the image that it is so bad that we have to consider such extreme measures. The minimum we have to do is pass the cap and trade plans and hope we don’t have to use engineerng methods.
It all goes back to the cap and trade. After all without this new tax there is no way to pay for all of his spending.

Ok, we are in an inter glacial period (between ice ages for those in Yorba Linda). So to get us back to an ice age faster, the US is going to shoot particles into the air to reflect the sun’s energy???? Seems like a declaration of war against the nordic countries. Look out in Canada, Russia, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland, et. al.
