In Alabama 200 shots were fired and 10 dead.
I would be more worried about a man who fires 100 times and kills 90 people.

I would be more worried about a man who fires 100 times and kills 90 people. That's interesting. Have you ever considered the ramifications of 10,000 skilled marksmen each firing only one round and then disappearing into the shadows?
That is what I would fear.
