In the end, Jesus will seperate the sheep from the goats. Those loyal to the Lord will be reward with eternal paradise, those loyal to Satan (willing, ignorant or indifferant) will find themselves in eternal torment in Hell.

Can you imagine that day when the damned (discovering their terrible fate) beg, cry, pleed, demand, cajole and make every excuse for mercy? Some will simply bow their heads in shame and accept their fate, others will moan is agony.

As the fires consume them, they will try (in vain) to blame you, God, their guardian angels, their family, their friends, Satan, and finally themselves. They will curse themselves as they remember every attempt where God gave them a second chance. They will curse themselves when they recall the times they rejected God and accepted sin. God does not send people to Hell, people choose it.

AND SATAN HAS A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR THOSE WHO LEAD GOD’S CHILDREN ASTRAY....AND AN EVEN NASTIER PLACE TO THOSE WHO BLASPHEME!!!

“But does not God forgive?” They will whine as they descend into Hell, “Can I not just say I’m sorry when I meet him.” No. In death, it’s too late.

Thus endeth the eternal lesson.

If you can write the check to the billboard company, you should be able to say what ever you want.

Really? Anything you want? How about graphic photos of aborted children? Should there be no response, from those who disagree?

atheists often come to God on their deathbed. When they are broken and hopeless and have no-one to turn to, they seek God.

Yes, both the atheist and the pro-life activist should have the right to rent space on a billboard.

... but no one has any right to be upset, or to disagree with such billboards? Just trying to follow your logic, here.

Ridiculous - that message is not “anti-God”. A free society by definition includes millions of non-believers, otherwise it’s a theocracy like Saudi Arabia, where being a “non-believer” is forbidden and punishable by death. That systems works great, huh? Ask yourselve why fellow citizens who simply don’t believe in God is so threatening to you.

Simply because someone’s free speech may upset you does not mean the person voicing their opinion should be silenced of subject to violence or vandalism.

Whose trying to stop them? We have already come up with a counter slogan for the billboard across the street.

You don’t have to believe in God to see the threat of the godless Left. Have no doubt, they are in ascension in America, leading us down the road to universal gay marriage, illegal amnesty, cultural sterilization

One of the most disquieting things about the last election was the ascendance of secularism in the political arena. Obama is obviously a secular socialist (religion is good only when when submitted to political purposes, such as in Rev Wright's congregation). Even worse, however, was the attenuation of the old "moral majority/Christian coalition" type voters. Rick Warren is no Jerry Falwell. Although his people are pro-life, I wonder how deep the convictions run. They seem to have bought into a lot of the "social Gospel" messages from the 30's. Nothing wrong with caring for the poor and all that, but the political slant they give the teaching is disturbing.

I fear that the traditional Protestant "glue" that held our cultural consensus together has come apart. I wonder if anything can put it back together short of a revival of national proportions. The secularization that's occurring in our country now is precisely what occurred in Europe in the 19th century. It paved the way for all the madness of the 20th century and the moribund social welfare states that exist there now.

I would like to think that those old Falwell-style voters are out there and could still be a force, but I wonder if a new generation hasn't come along that simply won't buy into the elders "values" anymore. The secularization of our country continues apace, and I'm beginning to think we need some divine intervention to stave off social dissolution.

Taking—as a matter of faith—the position that everything came from nothing sure sounds like reason to me.

Well, as the bumper sticker sold at my local adult beverage dealer says: “If I happen to die in Dallas, be sure to drag my cold, dead body back to Fort Worth.”

If God takes out two bill boards before he takes out the leaders of North Korea, Cuba, and Iran doesn’t that say that his priorities are a little off?

You are the one implying they are high priority targets - such knowledge would imply a direct link up the chain of command.
