Prior to 1964 that would not necessarily be the case. This issue has been debated ad nauseam on other threads already.
It looks like it will be on the shoulders of
“We The People”.
You haven’t been paying attention. Apparently, and I don’t remember the exact requirements, but his mother wasn’t old enough to confer automatic citizenship - there is a rule that specifies the criteria.
Besides, he still wasn’t born on US soil....so not a natural born citizen.
Furthermore, he might have dual citizenship - the other being Indonesia.
Too many problems and that’s before even getting into is ideology.
You asked — How long before this is pulled from youtube?
—
Oh..., I went there and checked it out. It turns out that this is also the same thing that was showing before the election, too. So, no..., it won’t be pulled, because they haven’t pulled the same stuff (the duplicates of this) from before the election... LOL..
Sorry, but this is far from proof. A perfectly valid translation could be “His ancestors came from this village.”
I believe the Constitution indicates that a president of the United States must be born on US soil. I dont care if his parents were born in the US, if the child is born on soil not part of the US, he is not eligible to be our president.
Well surely she has Alzheimers and doesn’t know what she’s talking about.
I hope some save that You-Tube, it will be gone fast if it is her speaking! I can’t understand them so don’t often view.
Sorry..., I said this would have helped before the election — well..., when I checked on YouTube, it turns out it was there before the election (at least copies of it, not this exact same one). Apparently no one is looking at it or whatever...
It appears that someone copied it again, and posted it just recently to make it look “new” ... :-)
She means he is descended from the village. Stop fantasizing, he was born in Hawaii.
Wrong, he is a pile of dung.
Old news?
The USC says ‘natural born citizen,’ and not any language that the president must be born on US soil.
Great! An eye witness, tell us all what you saw in the delivery room in Honolulu. Maybe you were the doctor, then?
The word “nate” has the same root as nativity, natal, etc. Born.
I agree.
Gee, OK you win. All the Constitution scholars throughout the ages were wrong. My bad.
