Obama's Campaign paid $688,000 THIS YEAR to attorney who threatened sanctions in eligibility lawsuit
In a report filed Wednesday, April 15, Obama for America, the group that collected over $850 million in campaign contributions for Obama, spent nearly $9.5 million in the first three months of this year, including included $688,000 in legal fees to the firm of Robert J Bauer. Bauer is the same attorney who send a letter to attorney John Hemenway threatening him with sanctions, including costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees, if he did not withdraw his appeal on Hollister v. Soetoro, No. 08-2254. citing the disgusting comments made by Judge Robertson that Obama's eligibility had been "blogged, texted, twittered, and otherwise massaged by America's vigilant citizenry."
Last year, the entire media crucified Sarah Palin and the Republican party for spending $150,000 on the VP candidate's wardrobe which is less than the Obama Campaign spent on credit card fees in February and March of THIS YEAR. Yet, the most egregious spending of campaign finances has to be the $688k in legal fees to attorney Bob Bauer for abusing the court system and threatening citizens for exercizing their Constitution rights. As first published in World Net Daily, here is a copy of the letter sent by Obama's attorney, Robert Bauer, to John Hememway.
The American public is totally unaware of these violations of the Constitution and campaign financing laws, the misuse of campaign contributions and the failure to identify Obama's donors, as well as the abuse of power by Obama and his legal bullies. The media refuse to cover these issues as they continue to enable a usurper, who knows that he is not a natural-born US citizen or even a naturalized citizen, to illgally occupy the office of President.
We are witnessing massive fraud on a national level where Obama's aplogists in the media and the American public are willing participants.

Obama for America has failed to respond to a demand fy the Federal Election Committee to list the names and addresses of donor’s woh gave more than $200, and also for details on a long list of refunds issued by the campaign.
The FEC gave them until March 9, 2009 to comply or face possible sanctions or legal actions. Obama For America has not omplied but no FEC action against them has been taken.

Well, this certainly puts paid to those who questioned the statement that Obama spend hundreds of thousands on attorneys’ fees to avoid showing his birth certificate.
And this is just one case. There were numerous other legal actions taken by his lawyers to fight the lawsuits, which I would guess must have totalled somewhere well over a million, probably several million.

If a reasonable number of states would, over the next few years, revise their election laws so as to require that a candidate for election to an office for which there is a requirement to be of a certain age, and to be a natural born citizen of the United States, present to the state official charged with overseeing election matters a birth certificate substantiating eligibility, Obama would have to quit shucking and jiving and put up or shut up. Hard to get reelected if you can’t get your name on the ballot.

2. Can you provide the link to the report which states the amount paid of $688k for an attorney and what it was actually for?
The Birth argument makes lots of claims and fills in all the blanks it can but leaves others obviously open.
Is there any realistic likelihood that anything will come of the birth challenge?

For anyone left on FR who has any doubts about the Birth Certificate issue being true, this info should put those to rest.
Hussein IS hiding God knows what on his BC and other official paperwork. Whatever the info is, it would destroy him if found out.
No one would spend that kind of money when less than $15 would clear this up.
This is the specific topic we need to keep pushing on. If we do not get him removed from OUR White House, he will never leave willingly.

Something tells me that there are probably links between the foreign donors to Obama and the players involved in Fitzgeralds Operation Boardgames investigation. When Fitzgerald takes down Obama it will be an everything and the kitchen sink prosecution. Obama has to go since he could pardon his buddys which would waste all of Fitzgeralds hard work.
