Because I’ve been in more drug legalization threads than I care to count. You want to look them up, be my guest. I’ve heard every excuse in the book from you folks, and none has yet to be convincing. You have all these ludicrous theories on how it will all be Nirvana if only we legalized all this crap and you don’t have one f**king clue what’s going to happen. But it ain’t gonna be what you think it is. No, what it is is pure selfishness on you drug afficianadoes parts. It’s all an excuse to f**k yourselves up without “The Man” getting in the way of your good time. Well, sorry ace. Because unless you’re living on a deserted island with no friends, family or neighbors to give two $hits about you, it DOES affect the rest of us.

You’re using this absurd situation at this school to get on your little soapbox and act all indignant. The problem in this case has NOTHING to do with drugs, it has to do with the public schools themselves. The allegation could’ve been over stolen money, cigarettes, or a weapon or some other item with the same thing happening with respect to a strip search. But hey, don’t let that stop you from going off on an anti-WOD tangent. Hey, what if the kid brought a flask of Bourbon or some Marlboros ? That’s already legal. How you gonna spin that one, ace ?

I like the way you just toss around your views, accusations and “experience” as fact with absolutely nothing to back it up, I have history on my side... so as I did with Hacklehead, I hereby re-dedicate my previous post to you... ALL HAIL... Sir fieldmarshaldj Great Defender of the the Glorious “Drug War”... With blinders on I might add.

After writing my last post I had to sit here and just shake my head, many of you come to Free Republic to keep up on current event and share your views on a myriad of subjects so most here are very well informed and thoughtful... But I am also completely amazed with the number of people that don’t practice what they preach.

I am talking about the Constitutionalists Freepers and Conservatives in general, who believe that our founders designed and implemented the blueprint for any successful society...

How can someone on one hand preach the founders intent on Individuality, Personal Responsibility and a restricted Government and on the other hand, arbitrarily strip a citizen of his rights, property and freedom for no other reason than the citizen likes to put a “drug” that someone else does not like, in THEIR OWN body.

If “enlightened” and “knowledgeable” Freepers can’t get it, how can the average idiot.

So is ibuprofen. The little girl wasn't sexually molested because of any illegal drug. She wasn't molested because we as a society have agreed to stop the flow of drug money to terrorists. A drug addict might tell you otherwise, but don't be drawn into their dangerous, wrong-headed delusions. They're as experienced at rationalizing as any pedophile.
