WASHINGTON, April 24 (Reuters) - The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Friday it was too late to contain the swine flu outbreak in the United States.
CDC acting director Dr. Richard Besser told reporters in a telephone briefing it was likely too late to try to contain the outbreak, by vaccinating, treating or isolating people.
"There are things that we see that suggest that containment is not very likely," he said.
He said the U.S. cases and Mexican cases are likely the same virus. "So far the genetic elements that we have looked at are the same." But Besser said it was unclear why the virus was causing so many deaths in deaths in Mexico and such mild disease in the United States.

A sublingual is a liquid that you put beneath (sub) your tongue (lingual). The reason this is desireable with curcuminoids, which come from turmeric, curry and/or ginger (it’s what makes curry yellow) is that the digestive tract and liver are bypassed. Much of the “bioavailability,” meaning how much of the active ingredient actually makes it to the bloodstream, of curcuminoids is destroyed in the digestive tract and the liver. The only reason I know all this stuff is, for one, I’ve done some marketing work for a company that sells Ayurvedic (Indian) herbal supplements, and two, my beloved Labrador Retriever developed cancer and I pulled out the stops to try and help him. Learned a tremendous amount about herbal anti-inflammatories, which are very beneficial for both cancer and in some instances for antiviral treatments, and curcumin is one of the biggies.
In a concentrated form, it doesn’t taste good, though. Bitter. But, I can attest to its anti-inflammatory properties. It did wonders for joint and back pain. I wouldn’t have subjected my best buddy to somehing I wouldn’t take myself. It’s unusually well-researched for an herbal. Run a Google search and see for yourself.
Maritime Pine Bark Extract is bitter, too. Turn-your-mouth-inside-out bitter and astringent. But, again, very beneficial to the immune system. Not something to overdo it with, though.

This “outbreak” has already demonstrated our inability to handle an ‘outbreak’ and the fallacy of camp containment's. Being sent to a camp from a quarantined area is a death sentence. Few will come out alive.
It sets in motion to have martial law by the end of summer in sporadic locations. Rahm won't let this potential opportunity go to waste. He will manufacture a crisis level flu either real or fabricated.
