DNC: Buy Cheney a ticket home @ 10:05 am by Eric Zimmermann

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is asking supporters to chip in for a bus ticket to send Dick Cheney back to his home state of Wyoming.

In a letter to Democrats today, DNC Executive Director Jen O'Malley Dillon asks for contributions towards the $202 ticket price.

I don't know about you, but I think it's time for him to stop sniping from the sidelines and let President Obama usher in the changes Americans demanded after eight years of Cheney's disastrous policies. That's why I want Cheney to go back home to Wyoming, and why I want you to help me get him there.

Will you help pay for Cheney's bus fare? A one-way ticket from Washington, DC to Jackson, WY costs $202 — will you chip in to help us buy one for him?

The email includes a link to a "Cheney Bus" page on the DNC website, including a contribution form and a tentative itinerary for the former Veep to make his way back west. His trip would take him first down to Georgia, from where he'd bounce back up to Indiana, then to Texas (presumably to visit with former President Bush), a quick stop in North Dakota, then home to Wyoming.

Worried about a little accurate sniping when Bush endured 8 years of the DNC-Left machine gun spray?!?!?!?!

Makes a lot of sense. Sending him home is much easier than tackling him on the issues he mentions.

I just got this email. I responded in the subject line:
I LOVE DICK CHENEY!! GIVE HIM BAMBI’S JOB.
I asked them to take me off their mailing list before and they didn’t take me off. Maybe they will now.

These idiots have been “sniping” at Bush for 8 years and they’re STILL at it. P!ss on ‘em.

Gore needs a ticket back to Tn. and the DNC needs a ticket to Karl Marx’ grave.

THANK GOD for a true patriot like Cheney! Cheney is still looking out for the American people. The same American people that he helped keep safe after 9/11. Unlike the Obama MOB!

Speaking of taking up a collection to send someone home ... how about we start one to send Obama “home” ... to KENYA!

Actually, I think he has left the sidelines & moved to the frontline, which is really good news for America.

He does make them crazy, doesn’t he? How I wish we had recorded his debate against little Johnny Eddie. Remember that one?

I bet an obama ‘bus ticket’ would gather MUCH more $$$ in MUCH less time.

I just wish Cheney was in better health and just a few years younger - America may be ready for someone like him in 2012.

...let President Obama usher in the changes Americans demanded...

Very few demanded what he's doing now, and that's a fact. He never said what the changes would be (he dared not), only that they would bring nirvana. Too bad it's a socialist/communist nirvana.

Here's a picture of Jen sitting in front of her alter, praying with a fellow disciple.

I’m all in favor of Vice President Cheney coming to GA. But we might keep him!

Wyoming or Ground Zero?
Doesn't sound like a hard choice to this old cowboy.

I would singlehandedly pay for a one way ticket to Kenya for President Whats-his-face”

Seconded.
The loony left Marxist dictator, who was not even born in this country, should be sent back to his fatherland, where he can continue the disastrous economic policies that his relatives have been perusing in Kenya for decades. America will be a heck of a lot better of without this lunatic in the White House.

Cheney is the patriotic voice of calm reason and maturity, and a refreshing change to the ramblings of the reckless rookie in the White House.

It took Hitler only 3 1/2 months to silence his opposition. Obama is not being quite as successful. Obama thought he was going to silence Cheney by releasing the intelligence memos. NOT!!! His Royal Obamajesty and George Soros do not understand United States citizens anymore than Osama Bin Laden understood us.

Can you just imagine if the RNC had put out a stupid memo like this offering bus fare to Bush-Cheney critics? All of the usual suspects would have been up on their hind legs howling at the moon...but it’s ok for them to do it. This is going to be longest 4 years in our lives I think. Wish there was a fast-forward button, or actually better yet, rewind and delete.
