Gov. Sarah Palin is greeted by members of a local Daisy group and Harborview Elementary staff and students as her daughter, Piper, pushes her son, Trig, in a stroller after finishing the March for Babies two-mile walk at Twin Lakes Saturday in Juneau. The fundraising walk benefits March of Dimes research and programs that prevent pre-term births and help babies overcome health issues.

Big political mistake.
HUGE political mistake.
Didn't she get the memo from the GOP that she is supposed to be more like a leftist Democrat?
“Change” — “for the children” — is all right, as long as that change is toward communism.
But babies are evil, an annoyance, a cost. Well, they are good for harvesting body parts.

Thanks for posting the pic. A rare sunny day in Juneau.
And a perfectly wonderful way to spend time with the children.
We have had a string of 5 sunny days here in Anchorage - it MUST be Spring - or at least “a season other than Winter”. Still have ice in the back yard and snow under the tress - should be gone by next week and we can put the suds in the ground.

News Article 3 years from now:
U.S. Population Decrease Obama's Legacy
Washington, D.C.-The Census Bureau has confirmed that for the first time in U.S. history, the total population has decreased rather than increased, improving government run systems like national health care, and a wide variety of services. "Since signing FOCA in 2010, and the President's determination to ensure that no viable, inferior babies are brought into this world (thus tripling abortion rates since the last administration), we are pleased to give the entire credit for the decrease to President Obama, Praise Be Unto Him!" said Census Bureau Chief and Planned Parenthood board member George Tiller, MD. The good doctor also expressed genuine joy to hear that the March of Dimes agency had finally been completely expunged from the public since it's goals were no longer required. "It had way outlasted it's usefulness due to His HolyO-ness's brilliant dealing of this issue," claimed the much decorated Kansas physician. He is considered an expert in this field, and states, "Yeah, I miss my old job, but thank goodness I get to use Air Force 1 at least one weekend a month to go home and squeeze in a dozen or two abortions when I can!"

Good for her. Still my choice for 2012. I don’t see any of the other candidates marching alongside the people for life or for anything else.

Wait a minute! They’re wearing shorts in Alaska already? I’m sitting here in Colorado freezing my backside off still in a cool damp spring? Where’s that global warming at? ;-)
