What you described is not a map to where we are headed, unfortunately, we are already there.
I do not fault folks for trying, but I don’t believe that we can vote our way out of this.

12) And for crying out loud quit talking about Ronald Reagan!! Reagan was nothing but a “B” grade movie actor. He’s the most hated Republican since Dick Nixon! We’ll never win over the (left leaning) moderates and centrists by bragging about Reagan’s conservatism (spit!). His trickle down supply side Reganomics was a failure anyway. Here we are only two decades after his departure and the economy he left is already failing. Especially in the last year or so. And the USSR was bound to fail eventually. His speech regarding tearing down the Berlin Wall was a waste of time.

AW JEEZ. NOT THIS CENTRIST CRAP AGAIN!

I
refuse to hold my nose and vote again.
I have communicated this to my local GOP and suggest that everybody else do so as well.
I started going to my local GOP central committee meetings but stopped after a couple of them (as it became apparent that this was the way they were going).
Jim, you're inspiring me to go back to them.
And get in their faces. Until they either move back right or kick me out of the party.
Enough of this shit. Either the GOP is going to move to the right or they are going to move without me and without my $$ and without my vote.

To call him a RINO would be silly.
But he IS for open borders unfortunately.
It’s about the only thing he’s bad on.

He supports Obama’s Cuba policy & He voted against restricting arm sales to China, but other than that, you are right. He’s pretty decent.

Jim, after that lovely list of reality...why anyone would want to continue to call themselves a REPUBLICAN, or even stay with the party is beyond me!...I think I read someone here wrote that the R party has a good solid base!? No sarc/ behind it. Apparently it is not so apparent to all! There is nothing solid about the R party any longer, unless they ARE looking for the "Dem Lite" version. The RNC and the state R leadership in each state has successfully deceived the rest of the party members of each and every state....so the base is just a bunch of gullible, easily deceived voters, or blind sheep. That is solid?? Solid what??
Unfortunately with a nap, one has to wake up the crap is still crap! God have mercy!
