He is saying slavery has alot to do with what has happened, Jesse is saying it was the government kicking the father out of the home.
Jesse asked did he think that the man who threw the baby out of the car today in the news was a result of slavery. Dr. Williams says no.

Talking about the black woman’s anger. Clarence says the responsiblity of the man is to love his wife, Jesse pipes in...that means correct her. Uh oh...Clarence disagrees. Commercial break.

Good caller, woman saying how do you let a man lead when there are no men to lead. Her husband left her and she is doing the best she can. Dr. Clarence says be the best mom she can be, be a godly woman. A moral example. They are taking break, the Williams will be back.
