Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen Zappala today charged seven employees of ACORN
(snip)
with forgery and election law violations, saying they filed hundreds of fraudulent voter registrations during last year's general election.
The charges are part of a continuing investigation of ACORN,
(snip)
fake voter registrations were filed by hourly employees apparently attempting to meet daily registration quotas in order to be paid.
(snip)
ACORN officials have denied those charges.

Rigged elections have consequences. Or at least they BETTER have consequences.
Why are they handing us the peons? What about the big fish in the pond? Someone had to direct them to do these things, and I want them too.

I liked it when Beck gave Levenson a chance to name one republican he supported then sat back to give him time to come up with a name.
Glenn Beck will have these eight people on his TV show tonight for the whole hour.
I expect we'll learn a lot.
**ACORN workers charged with forging voter registrations**
All of us here knew this, didn’t we? But the lamestream media would not recognize it.
Their loss, our gain!
Fraud you can believe in!
good
I saw the fool. What a piece of work. It was either stupid or arrogant that he was willing to come on the show! He couldn’t back himself up in any way. He was a joke.

Actually Levenson is just a spokesman for ACORN and not the CEO.
I am still FURIOUS that part of your money, and my money, and everyone who is reading this-your money in the form of tax dollars has been taken and used to pay these sleezebag democrat ACORN workers who only REGISTER DEMOCRATS and do so illegally. OUR TAX DOLLARS ARE USED TO PAY THESE ASSHOLES! I am FURIOUS!!!! FOUR BILLION DOLLARS THIS YEAR HAS GONE TO THESE JERKS! WHY???????????????????????????????????/
Now that is cute! Where do you get a hat like that?
Wanna learn a lot more? Check out ACORN Spokesman Scott Levenson’s list of clients. Lots of big money going to and passing through his lobbying firm. Names like JP Morgan, Verizon, the NY Jets, Apple computers, and verious service and government employees unions.

This should expand to a full RICO investigation......but it won’t.
Been watching OBAMBI huh ??
ACORN signs up fake voters and then the county adds that number to the total registered. Dems can then work with that number in determining how many votes they can stuff in the ballot totals. Sometimes it gets a bit obvious, as in Philly in the ‘04 presidential election, when the vote totals exceeded the number of people over 18 years old, but hey...no one ever was investigated or went to jail for that, so it will continue.
Interesting because this prosecutor is a Democrat. His sister is running for Judge, and his nephew was just arrested (one of those volunteer firemen who get caught setting fires...)Maybe he is trying to rehab Sis’ image before Election Day. Whatever the motivation I am glad that he is doing it.
· This just in.
Based on their success in stealing the 2008 election, ACORN has changed its name.
The catchy new acronym is defined below.
Commies

This, as you can see, spells CORNHOLERS. The leadership of the group formerly known as ACORN felt this was a more descriptive name given what they did to the rest of us in November of 2008.
They suggest all affected Americans also learn another acronym familiar to most veterans: BOHICA.

Time for RICO
We'll need a civil war to correct things in this country. (We could have one with-in the next 5 years)
HIS dream has become OUR nightmare.
“Vote early and vote often” It’s the CHICAGO WAY!
Seems Levenson forgot the requisite teleprompter. . .
bump
Don’t say that too loudly. It’ll awaken the FBI from their naps.
If the Repubs had any balls at all, they would have challenged all those votes - here in Ohio the voter fraud was massive and was helped right along by the RAT Secretary of State.
All that early voting, voting from home, etc - and the rebubs just sat with their thumbs up their butts.
Michele Bachmann and Barney Frank may be heading for legislative showdown
By whatever means possible, the left gets its boy into the White House. We already know using fraud is just another option to the left. Anything is justified as long as the results go your way. These are free elections but the count is totally fraudulent! The republican party is totally behind the eight ball. Being moderate against this garbage will get the party nowhere!

The Mystery of the Obama Cult
Sunday, He Who Walks on Water, as I refer to our Illinois junior senator, Barack Obama, appeared with George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s This Week. Senator Obama said
‘We need to recognize, because Judge Alito will be confirmed, that if we’re going to oppose a nominee that we’ve got to persuade the American people that, in fact, their values are at stake. There is an overreliance on the part of Democrats for procedural maneuvers.’
He added
‘There’s one way to guarantee that the judges who are appointed to the Supreme Court are judges that reflect our values. And that’s to win elections.’
As is usually the case when Sen. Obama speaks, people have been falling all over themselves today to swoon over the wisdom and eloquence of these remarks.
Once again, I find myself distressed and mystified by the cult of personality surrounding this guy. Not only does he display a profound grasp of the obvious, his reasonable words are rarely reflected in his extremist positions and votes. I can’t take it anymore. I need someone smarter than me to answer a question I’ve had for nearly two years:
Why does he keep getting away with this routine?
This whole nauseating schtick started with Obama’s speech at the 2004 Democratic National Convention, in which he sounded conservative themes such as personal responsibility and American exceptionalism.
(We should have known something was amiss when he thanked his introducer by saying “Thank you, Dick Durbin. You make us proud.”)
These words may sound statesmanlike and brilliant to some, but when spoken by Sen. Obama, they are just words. They are classic Obama:
state an undeniable, moderate premise when on national television; vote and act in lockstep with leftwing extremists.
This media darling knows the groupies in the mainstream press will never call him on it. Consider Sunday’s widelypraised statement regarding judicial filibusters.
Aren’t all the Obamaniacs ignoring the critical fact that the very day after he made this statement, he voted to sustain this pointless filibuster against Judge Alito’s confirmation? I guess he should have said ‘There is an overreliance on the part of Democrats for procedural maneuvers, and I’m no exception, but don’t let that fact stop you from thinking that I am dispensing lofty pearls of wisdom, sharing insights only a preternatural being like me can see.’
His voting record in the Illinois legislature is very revealing. Did it occur to fawning George Stephanopoulos to suggest to the Senator that perhaps if his values (bigger government, socialized medicine, samesex marriage, legallysanctioned racism euphemistically called ‘affirmative action,’ and abortion on demand) reflected those of the American people, his party might be able to win elections?
Probably not. One does not challenge the Democrats’ rising star, at least not if he’s a member of ossified formerly mainstream media.
So I ask again. I don’t get it. What am I missing? Why does this guy keep getting away with this act?

Just read an article today....
where Tom Tancredo has referred to aka as a “cult leader.”
Seemed to me that I had heard something similar before. I then went back and found the article above....
Tancredo, an outspoken opponent of illegal immigration, is also concerned about Obamas plans for immigration reform and the popular presidents desire to facilitate amnesty for millions of illegal aliens living in the U.S.
You have to admit, he is a cult leader and the cult will go with him anywhere he wants to go.
You just dont know about the size of the cult, how big it is, if its shrinking or growing, but he is a cult leader and you have to realize that hes not just a political figure, he is truly a cult leader.
And what does Tancredo think about a recent protest by college students that forced him to shut down his speech at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill?
It says that the people who have always claimed to be for the right to free speech are anything but
they are total hypocrites.
and there are many more....

that is a great shot, LOL!
Oh, wait a minute...
ACORN should be investigated in every single US state! Nevada should be just the opening shot in this battle against voter registration fraud and actual voter voting fraud.
maybe the shot heard around the world?
Just read the comments at the bottom of the article you posted. Found this idiotic comment pretty, darned telling! LOL!

I don’t understand why our local media isn’t jumping on some of the ridiculous things this woman says.
How she got elected boggles my brain.”
Of the 39,600 voters ACORN has registered in California, 24,644 have been in San Diego. The embattled groups state spokesman, Amy Schur, told the San Diego Union Tribune that the focus was there because, We saw a high percentage of people who were eligible to vote.

What govenrment entity is responsible for investigating Acorn? Is it the county prosecutor, the state prosecutor or the US Dept of Justice? Does anybody know?
whenever Bachman is mentioned in the local paper...all the moonbats come out of the woodwork.
the perps...
Ashley Lucille Clarke, 21, of Pittsburgh with forgery, solicitation of registration for pay, unsworn falsification of authorities, obstructing the administration of law or government function, interference with voter registration, and impersonating another person in a voter registration application.
Alexis M. Givner, 23, of West Mifflin, forgery, solicitation, unsworn falsification, obstruction, interference and impersonation.
Mario Wyatt Grisom, 28, of Pittsburgh, with forgery, solicitation, unsworn falsification, obstruction, interference and impersonation. Mr. Zappala said Mr. Grisom solicited a county elections office employee for a registration. The person filled out the form with everything but a name and social security number by way of testing what would happen, according to elections director Mark Wolosik. The form was later submitted by ACORN with a forged signature and false social security number.
Latasha Leann Kinney, 27, no address listed, forgery, solicitation, unsworn falsification, obstruction, interference and impersonation.
Eric Eugene Jordan, 19, of Pittsburgh, solicitation for pay and interference. He is accused of filing three applications in his own name in order to meet his daily quota.
Eric Lee Jones, 20, of Pittsburgh, forgery, solicitation, unsworn falsification, obstruction and interference. He is accused of filing 30 fraudulent applications.
Bryan Williams, 22, of McKeesport, obstruction and interference. Mr. Williams is accused of filing 22 registration applications in his own name — including 19 in 2008 alone — apparently to meet his daily quota.
