He said in a brief letter to President Obama on Friday that it “has made it impossible for me to effectively lead the White House Military Office.”

Actually...if you start reading the whole report and other media notes....I’d say that the Director is undergoing a mental breakdown. This was way beyond his abilities in assuming this job and like so many people over the past thirty years...he was not up to the situation.

This guy will disappear for a period of six months....sitting in some rehab center...and try to get his life back to normal.
