The site thedirty.com now “claims” they have an exclusive video tape of Miss Carrie Prejean doing an explicit act on video. He claims he is waiting for clearance from legal because his site is not pornographic. However, the site has a history of hyping stories for weeks with the claim of evidence, but never publishes. Most recently, Nik Richie insisted that there were incriminating photos of Kobe Bryant and a Laker Girl, Vanessa Curry (not to be confused with Kobe’s wife Vanessa Bryant) committing adultery.

No visual evidence or no solid testimony ever emerged to validate Nik Ritchie’s claims against Kobe Bryant. Although to this day many view this story as a matter of fact to the length and reactions from those involved which served to lend credibility to Mr. Nik Richie’s claims. In the case of Kobe Bryant, Nik Ritchie simply said he was going to sell the pictures to a gossip magazine. Months later not one photos materialized.
