A faithful, 80 year-old Catholic Priest is arrested at Notre Dame for seeking to support the Catholic position on abortion.

And then take hope. This is exactly what huge numbers of Americans need to do on many, many issues if we are to turn around the conditions in this nation.
The left has practiced it for decades and shamed, cowed, and manipulated traditional Americans into letting our birthrights be walked on.
It is time we stood up and turned it around in numbers they never imagined.

Yes, ND is private property and they have the right to legally enforce trespassing laws. But isn’t it supposed to be a Catholic place of Higher Learning? To have a PRIEST arrested? And for supporting Official Catholic Doctrine?

I hope tomorrow that thousands of people in attendance stand up and turn their backs to Obama when he speaks.

This is the stuff of a culture in distress and it is time to take a stand against depravity and as Patr. ick Moynihan called it---the defining of deviancy down.
Jeff......Obama is a radical. In every way. His pro-abortion stance goes way bey ond sucking a few week old infant out of a mother's womb-his pro abortion stance includes partial birth...where the baby is murdered inside mom up until the TIME OF BIRTH (talk about TORTURE) and in Obama's case, the desire to legally kill a baby who survives an abortion, is born and breathing on his or her own. To kill the child by administering NO CARE-no warmth, food, no ANYTHING.
I also found myself with vile feelings toward these cops who are either complicit henchmen or moral cowards of the worst sort for not simply refusing the order to arrest this man of God. I have sent the link to all I know. It may be too much to hope, but Bishop Darcy needs to let this university go and force it to stop calling itself “Catholic”.

I think most WILL see it, especially those clergy most closely associated with this situation. But it should be forwarded far and wide in any case. The cops involved are as much a disgrace to the uniform as Jenkins is a disgrace to his clerical collar. America condemns itself and some phony “priest” makes the Sign of the Cross over it all.
We can make a difference. We did so at Klamath, we did so at the NYC Flag Raising Memorial, we did so at Harbidge, and so many other places. We can do so now with Obama.
...in fact, can we do no less?

They could make the request, of course, as a gesture which would be ignored, but after that they would have to just refuse any part in it. I have no respect whatsoever for any of those involved on the side of either the university or law enforcement. And that pains me.

Funny, but I’d have to look up how to FIND CNN on my TV. I never tune it in. I can tell you how to find Law&Order, CSI, NCIS, etc. re-runs, though.
I watched the video. To most of us here, it's obvious. We know where we get our rights. Heck, you and I have posted the same on FR for ten years or more.
The sad thing is, whether it's an 80 year old Catholic priest protesting infanticide, or an 80 year old grandmother trying to get on an airplane, our government has forgotten it is God whom gives us our rights, not some bureaucrats in DC.
I hope I am wrong, but methinks CWII will make CWI look like a walk in the park on a warm spring day.
