I guess Joe didn;yt like his bunker and wants to have anew one build more to his style. Its the onluy cogent reason he wouold do this.
And who knows, maybe the enemy will get lucky with Joe, now that they know where to find him.I hope he reveals the location of the Presidential bolt hole as well.

I don't believe a word 0f it.
The bunker is believed to be the secure, undisclosed location former Vice President Dick Cheney remained under protection in secret after the 9/11 attacks. (9/11/2001).
But the work was done one year later
In December 2002, neighbors complained of loud construction work being done at the Naval Observatory.
There may be a secret location, but it's not where the liar said it was at that time.
